Anne-Stéphanie Micello
After a long professional career in the field of finance and having always had a great interest in complementary medicine, Anne-Stéphanie discovered reflexology in 2015; it was a revelation.
Her life path is moving in another direction as Anne-Stéphanie undertakes training in parallel with her job, to finally resign and devote herself exclusively to reflexology.
In a few words
- Plantar (feet), palmar (hands) and auricular reflexology (finger pressure on the ears);
- Lymphatic drainage by reflexology (a gentle massage, draining and stimulating the lymphatic and immune system);
- KNAP body technique (digitopressure on specific points of the body);
- Breuss massage (back massage, gently and in depth to relieve back pain, sciatica and also calms the mind).
All of these techniques are practiced with the aim of bringing the body back into balance, whether from a physical, emotional or mental point of view.
Reflexology promotes well-being, is accessible at any age and has no limit of action, it acts to:
- Relieve pain;
- Eliminate toxins;
- Strengthen the immune system;
- Drain and stimulate the body;
- Decrease stress, overwork;
- Act on digestive disorders: constipation, stomach pain, bloating;
- Fight respiratory disorders;
- Regulate the genitals: painful, irregular menstruation, difficulty ovulation, migraine related to the menstrual cycle;
- Preventively also in order to preserve a good state of health.
Thanks to various reflexology techniques and being very attached to the well-being of children, Anne-Stéphanie has also been able to support children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders (ADHD).
Today, she continues to train regularly to provide reflexology
